GA: Clerk shoots knife-wielding robber (ASP video)

This just came out on ASP yesterday, and I don't recall this incident being posted here earlier, so here goes:




From news story:

... Store employees say it is the second time in two months this overnight clerk has been robbed.

"We don't forsee any charges to this employee," said Duluth Police Officer Ted Sadowski, "because he was fearing for his life and he was acting in self-defense."

Main mistake I saw was he didn't do a double tap... Might have saved a lot of taxpayer dollars and no more bad guy to get out in a few years to hurt another innocent....
