Keith B,
Thanks for the extra, much appreciated.
The t.v. interview conducted by Peter Doocy sounded like he didn't fully approve of her actions, without actually coming right out and saying so.
Maybe, I'm wrong about that.
I hope I'm wrong as I like the guy, but something (I can't quite articulate it) gave off a vague anti-gun vibe...

I thought that Peter Doocy was a bit goofy, but I didn't pick up on any anti-gun vibes.Abraham wrote:Keith B,

The thing that I picked up on was when he made it sound like all woman needed to be trained by their husband.
He also said that she had a background in law enforcement. I wonder if that was being married to a police officer, or some other training.

WildBill,
I agree with you.
Perhaps, without meaning to be so, he came across as somewhat condescending with his gun training by husband comment and vague about the law enforcement background, whatever that meant...

If this were Art Acevedo's wife and daughter, they would be in counseling now.....

I'm surprised no one has brought up shot placement. Sounds like if the guy pulls through he could be missing some pieces parts.

I'm so proud of her for protecting her daughter and herself! Way to go mama!
Where was the bad guy shot?

If you carry a gun, people call you paranoid. Nonsense! If you carry a gun, what do you have to be paranoid about?

I thought about it. The article stated that she was on the phone during the whole thing. I wonder if that had any effect on the shot placement.jmra wrote:I'm surprised no one has brought up shot placement. Sounds like if the guy pulls through he could be missing some pieces parts.
