OH: Dollar General clerk shoots robber

#1

Post by ELB »

This is from back in Oct 2019 and I thought I had seen it here already, but I can't find it in this forum. So:

https://www.whio.com/news/crime--law/do ... GgcwJxXKO/

A young man with a pending weapons charge and possibly involved in other robberies walked into a Dollar General in Dayton OH, displaying a handgun and demanding money. He pointed the gun at one of the clerks.

The clerk, who had a license to carry, drew his own pistol and shot the robber. The robber fired back but didn't hit anyone, made it just outside the front doors, collapsed and died.

That particular store had been robbed four times already.

Sadly unsurprisingly, the robber's sister blames the clerk. She apparently is of the opinion and people should just submit to having guns illegally pointed at them and being robbed:

This is yet another example of how Democrats continue to get elected and re-elected. Their voters are ignorant people.
