The mid-terms are coming up this fall.
I'm going out on a limb and predict that all of this anti-2A and anti-gun stuff backfires on the dumbocrats.
The largest issue that affects my prediction's positive outcome will be how badly the GOP caves in to the pressure.

I'm not so sure. It has motivated a lot of the crazies to come out of the woodwork in our area. If those crazies show up at the polls and we get the same weak showing by pro-Constitutional people that we've gotten in past elections except for the Presidential one, it will not go well for us.

I fear that we're going to see more than a few unpleasant proposals come forth from several different directions in the coming months. Politicians are out for votes more so than they care about rights and wrongs. So, which of these proposals will become law? I suspect high (?) capacity magazines will get much debate as will the so-called assault weapons?
I agree, something must be done to stop these senseless massacres; what exactly, I don't know.

I think that if Marco Rubio thinks he has to sell us down the river to get reelected in Florida, he’ll do it.

Oh, I can think of one or two...... but I think that most would, if they thought it would curry them more favor with the Democrat Steno Pool (AKA “the media”).
