HB 1387 - Increasing the Allowable Number of School Marshals

Increases the allowed number of Marshals at a school to a 1:100 student ratio (from 1:200).

I'm trying to figure out why you would ever want to have a limit in the first place, and am drawing a blank.

Seems most schools are not using the Marshall program anyway. They are training and using their LTC staff.
