Victoria - a good place to be pulled over as CHL.

Most CHL/LEO contacts are positive, how about yours? Bloopers are fun, but no names please, if it will cause a LEO problems!

Let's give him the benefit of the doubt. I think it is best to assume he was stating his experience as a plus for the Victoria PD not bragging.
