I think they need more training. They really weren't much help.

Neither the 911 operator nor the police could give the correct answer to any of the kid's math problems.

Well, the operator did say it was a tough one. He would have had to take his socks and shoes off to get to 16.

Sounds to me like he never had children or should never have had children. Every "father" I know would have had a lot of fun helping this kid out with his homework.
