Another reason to dislike Nickelback

Most CHL/LEO contacts are positive, how about yours? Bloopers are fun, but no names please, if it will cause a LEO problems!

Another reason to dislike Nickelback

#1

Post by Jaguar »

Two Idaho cops detained a man after mistaking his gripes about the Canadian rock band, Nickelback, for an alleged drug deal.

Deputies with Kootenai County Sheriff’s Office stopped two men outside a Coeur d’Alene gas station on June 20 after hearing what they thought was a pot deal.

The confrontation caught on video is only five minutes long and doesn’t show the beginning or the end of their interaction, but it captures the moments leading to a deputy pulling his gun on the young men and detaining one of them for reportedly “getting that attitude” and “being an [jerk].”

Seems like a Monty Python skit in the making. "You sir, said his 'nickel sack' of marijuana is sub-par", "No sir, I said Nickelback sucks." :smilelol5:

Heard Nickleback. Want my money back. That's my two cents.

They are now having musical numbers on the today show I have never heard of. I can say I have heard of Nickleback, but I could not pick out a song if my life depended on it. I have become my dad.

I had no idea what it referred to either. I also have never heard the term nickle sack. Nickle bag, dime bag, yeah, but never sack :headscratch must be an Idaho thing or maybe Canadian.
