Revised LTC100 10/21

Just got the revised LTC100. There is now a Range Block that you sign/fill if a student takes proficiency before on line? And/Or also if they forget to print LTC101? I'm a little confused as to why? Why not just allow the Proficiency session of the 100 to be turned in with the Class section of the 101? Thoughts? Opinions? Easy Explination?

I do a lot of range quals for online students. On occasion I get one who forgets to bring their LTC-101 so I can’t test them without it. Now I can issue the new LTC-100 form to them. The difference between the two sections are if online taught, I have to show I spent the minimum amount of time doing the safety briefing. Of course they will have to upload both their 101 and the 100.

Seems like a good idea. But they didn't say if they will still accept the older form?
