Looking for an instructor in the Uvalde area

I spent Memorial Day weekend with my family in our RV at the Nueces River. One of the employees at the park where we stayed expressed an interest in getting his LTC, and wanted a recommendation on an instructor in the area. Do any of y'all live down there, and teach LTC courses?
