Guys,

I am getting into the fingerprinting fun and need to get my supplies. Can you recommend a good place to order from online?

Thanks,

Mitch

Thanks for the quick response!

If I remember right this is what I went with. It`s the same one I used to qualify with at the PD.

Great question. I plan to get the letter.
Does the letter have to be from my local PD or any in TX?

No , I got if from my local PD LEO , was pretty easy once I found someone that would do it for me.That took awhile.
Once I got the "letter" , I called Austin told them I had it , faxed it in and mailed the original in , but I made a couple of copies for myself in case of any problems.
As long as it`s from a PD that shows you are qualifed to do fingerprints you can get the "Letter" on PD letterhead.
Now the LEO does not do a class or anything like that. I walked in with my wife, LEO said" heres the kit , show me".
Acouple days later he brought me the "letter".
