The new CHL - 8, Class Completion Roster, has 2 columns to report, one labeled Pass and the other Fail. In the past, there was one block and we were suposed to write Pass or Fail in it. Should I write Pass in the Pass column or could I just use a 'P' or even an 'X'?

I guess I couldn't be wrong if I wrote "PASS'.

Wonder what would happen if you wrote "pass" in the fail block? :evil2:

I would think a simple checkmark in the appropriate spot would be acceptable. I believe the old form was designed back in the days when instructors actually reported the numerical scores.

I can't remember if we have ever reported numerical scores. I don't think so.

We used to have report the serial number of the certificate we gave the student. :(

I thought they did back in the early days (When the CHL-100 was chiseled in stone), but that predates me, so I could be wrong.

I don't think discussing the password (if that's what you're referring to) online is a good idea. If you've lost the password, you need to contact DPS.

DPS didn't let us down. New forms were posted.
I like the 25 question test.
