Received my cert in the mail today. Actually it was delivered yesterday. :thumbs2:

Congrats! Now you can teach for 2 more years. They must do them in batches. Mine came today too. I noticed several on other sites saying same.

Mine still shows under review. Have sent two emails to DPS and no response. Calling presently. :totap:

Ours both say "issued" on the website, but nothing in the mail yet.

It was a lot more fun (and less stress) when we went to the instructor renewal class and DPS passed the certificate out at the end of class. :headscratch

I got mine Monday, so maybe they started from the front of the class. Or the lowest test score. :oops:

They said it was going to be a new one, but that is same as old one?

I called yesterday and they didn't show to have received my CHL-100 electronically via the DPS website. The nice young lady gave me her personal email to send it to. Sent last night and hope it will be completed today and heading my way soon.

This is the problem when there is NO feedback as to what was received, and what has been lost. You would think it would be possible to automate a list that shows exactly what's been received and what hasn't. Otherwise you end up waiting for them, and they are waiting for you. :rules:

Problem is I sent a couple of follow-up requests to DPS via their website aksing them to verify receipt and got no reposne, other than the automated one, from them either. :banghead:

I agree, but I only had to drive 3 hours to get there. It is a long way from west Texas to Austin.
