I stopped by the local tabc office today a picked up a copy of the 51% & unlawful carry signs. Who gives out the 30.06 sign and how do i get one?

AFAIK, nobody gives them out... You just look up the law regarding what constitutes a valid sign, design your sign, and make it or have it made.
I am not a lawyer, nor have I played one on TV, nor did I stay at a Holiday Inn Express last night, nor should anything I say be taken as legal advice. If it is important that any information be accurate, do not use me as the only source.

And where might this sign be going so I can be sure and spend my money elsewhere?

I assumed the three signs were props for his CHL class based on where this was posted.

I just had this mental picture of a CHL instructor with a 30.06 sign posted on his door. :smilelol5:

Kinda by definition, a 30.06 sign wouldn't apply to ANY CHL student (as they wouldn't have a CHL yet).

(Of course, it would apply to a CHL holder taking some other class.)

And before Sep 1 it would have applied to renewal students. I'm assuming the sign was up at that time.
