Minnesota CHL

I had a student in a CHL class Saturday who previously lived in Minnesota, and had a CHL there. During the break, he told me the classes there were quite different from ours. I asked if it was shorter. He said, no, they don't spend time telling you about the law, where you can carry, or when shooting is justified. They spend most of the time telling you, "just don't shoot".

My take on that was, they don't want you to have a CHL at all, but were forced into it by the courts or the voters.
