Feeling a bit invincible are we.

I’m doing a class of under 10 this weekend. I even called the RSD and they are still processing applications.

Is a class or gathering of 9+1 ok?

Just maintain "Tueller distance" and you'll be OK.

I have always done classes of 8 or less students. Provides better opportunity for interaction and personalized help if needed.

So are LTC Classes considered "Non essential Retail"?

I called the RSD to ask if they had considered “relaxing” the rule against using Skype, etc. for LTC classes (not self-paces online learning, but real-time conference call type classes).

The answer is no - all classes must be face-to-face, unfortunately.

I assume this is because it would take a change in the law, rather than an administrative change.

Had to turn down a 25 person class this weekend. They didn't want to break up into smaller groups.

So the latest legal answer in short was no classes regardless of size.
