Do you know the model number on the J-frame grips? Have they been used?

I bought a J-Frame that had them on it. I have had that J Frame 4-5 years and I think I replaced the batteries once. The model number is 16205.

I replaced them recently with Hogue full sized grips. I shoot better with the full sized grips than with regular sized J Frame grips. I changed out another J Frame that I have at the same time.
