password issues

#1

Post by gigag04 »

I have had to reset my password 3x/day for the past 2 days. Everytime I try to access the site on a new computer, it doesn't recognize the most recent password, and I have to reset it once again.

What browser are you using? I am only familiar with firefox and if you are using that you must have cookies enabled under tools/options/privacy: Click on "accept cookies from sites" and also click on selection "keep until they expire".

Then each time you visit the sites your password/computer will be remembered (if you check the box on some sites "remember me" on your login).

If you are using another browser, you will have to figure out how to enable site cookies.

Download and install LastPass (https://lastpass.com/). You'll never have to remember another password again.....and it is extremely secure.
