+1 to Phil. I've had a couple of transactions with this gentleman and he is cordial, fair and honest. I highly recommend him as an FFL for the Sugar Land area.

I can give another strong recommendation for Phil - polite, timely, and above all, quick to arrange shipping with my seller. I would recommend him to anyone living in the Richmond - Sugar Land area.

I used Phil in December of 2011. He was great to use, very nice, and the transfer was done in about 10 minutes. Can't beat 20 transfer either!

I have used Phil for 3 different transfers. He always notifies me when he receives the firearm, plus, it is very easy to schedule pick up and I'm am in and out in 10 minutes. A big Thank You to Phil.

Just used Phil for a couple of transfers. Very nice people to work with. 10 minutes and we were done. I will definitely be using his services again with future purchases.

Another smooth quick transfer with Phil this weekend.
He is the only FFL I've used besides B&M stores and gun shows but surely it couldn't get any smoother or easier than him.
