Also, I have CHL license, anything else I have to bring in to pick up my gun? what's the cost?

Can you also let me know your price of Arsenal SGL31?

Many thanks and have a great weekend!

We will be happy to do the transfer for you. All you need to bring is your ID and your CHL. The fee is only $20 for active TexasCHLforum members.

My second transfer with the guys at DefCon and it could not be easier or more of a pleasure. The staff is very professional and courteous and are great to talk to. Their $20 transfer fee for Texas CHL Forum members is a good deal plus you get to check out what they have in stock. They seem to be able and happy to chat with customers on any level and don't look down on newbies (like myself). Just lots of good old fashioned customer service. If you're ever in West Houston come by and check them out. Thanks guys and I'll see you at the next transfer. :clapping:

Just another update!
As always the staff at DefCon are awesome. I've been to the shop numerous times and even introduced 2 other customers.
I'm constantly recommending them to friends.
I took in a handgun and had them install new sights on it for me and did a great job and were quick.
They go above and beyond and the extra mile to make sure their customers are satisfied.

Just did another two transfers with DefCon and as usual it couldn't have been easier. The store is neat and clean and it's fun to look at what they have in stock. The guys are super nice and friendly and I always enjoy chatting with them. Their communication is awesome as they always inform you as soon as your item arrives and the $20 transfer fee they offer to CHL forum members is a great plus as well. Go by and check them out if you appreciate dealing with a staff that is friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Keep up the good work guys and I'll see you next time.

I did my first transfer with DefCon in early August (XDM 40SW 5.25 Bi-Tone) and what everyone says is true. These guys are very friendly and quite knowledgeable. Process could not have been easier. I was in & and out in less and 30min. Today, I placed another order online (Hi-Point 4595TS Carbine) and again am using DefCon as my FFl. Dealer has already sent confirmation of shipment and should get it by next Wednesday. Can't wait.

Went through these guys to ship a firearm a while back and it was a smooth experience. They went out of their way to help get me a low price on shipping.

It was so nice to meet you this afternoon. Thank you for the pleasant pickup of my G2 .45!

Folks, this was the 2nd time I used Defensive & Concealed Guns Inc. for my gun transfer and I love this place so much. The people there are nice and professional and they have great knowledge on firearms. Highly recommended!

Good Morning everyone. This past week I decided to go ahead and purchase a new toy from an FFL Dealer in Dallas. So, I started on my hunt for a reliable FFL dealer in Houston that wasn't asking $60.00-$85.00 with a straight face to handle my transfer.I sent out emails, did searches and was just about to give up for the day when I jumped on TXCHL. It wasn't 5miin after hopping on when I came across, www.defensiveandconcealedgunsinc.com. I couldn't find a bad thing said about the guys at DefConGuns so, I was sold. On top of that I noticed just being a member here saved me $5 making my transfer now $20. I owe a big thanks to the very polite staff, everything went quick and smooth so, without a doubt they have a new customer. If you're on the fence about where to go for advice, merchandise or an FFL Transfer you can stop looking. Whether you're an avid shooter or new to the gun world when dealing with firearms you want to feel comfortable. I would like to give a special thanks to Maurice(USA1) and KinnyLee for calling me the second my Transfer made it in. I know I will be seeing the guys at DefConGuns in the future. Thanks everyone for reading my post. Even though I am fairly new to the forum I hope I've helped at least one person, like myself, lost and didn't know where to go or whom to trust.
Be Safe and Best Regards,
Michael(Htwnotlw)

Awesome! Another super smooth, super easy transfer at DefCon. I don't know what else I can say about these guys. Very friendly, helpful and prompt about notification of shipment arrivals. Just read all the glowing previous posts and give them a visit. You won't be sorry. Thanks again guys!
