Address update help/advice - C&R

Folks,

I moved late last year and submitted an address change to BATFE. After 3 months or so and no new papers, I called. They confirmed my new address and said it was sent but would send them again. It has been 6 months since that call and nothing. We aren't aware of any other "missing mail" so I'm wondering if it really is going out. I'm up for renewal in early 2014, if that would affect recommendations.

Questions:

1) Can the ATF in Dallas handle something like this?

2) Is there any way to require that it be sent certified mail?

3) Anyone have a contact at BATFE that could make sure everything gets done correctly?
