I bought mine at the Fort Worth gun show from S.A.W. probably close to a year ago, for $599.00 with Trijicon night sights installed. Their price on their website for the 4" model without night sights is $553.35. Mine has the 4.5" barrel, but they don't show one on their website right now. MSRP is $885.00 on the S&W website for one identical to mine.

Merci bien. I saw MSRP but wondered about street price. I may pick up one if we get some work soon.

Thanks for all the replies. Just as I hoped, great info!!
I bought a used one, came with 4 mags, and both back straps and case.
Here are a couple of pics (just learned how to do that).
Took it out Friday to shoot, going to take awhile to get used to it.
Now any ideas on holster? ;-)

Well, the first pictures I posted on page 1 show a Kirkpatrick Leather OWB holster called the "Under Cover." I also own a Minotaur MTAC from Comp-Tac for IWB carry that works quite well. This pistol actually conceals quite well for being a large framed pistol. I also use the smallest of the three backstraps. I have big palms but fairly short fingers.

I have a Galco Concealable Belt Holster for my 5" 1911 that I like a lot, and I would say that it is probably a little more comfortable than the Kirkpatrick holster by virtue of the design. I've considered getting one for my M&P.

Congratulations by the way on the purchase. Enjoy it. How much was it in used condition?

I paid $475 at a local pawn shop, ( I buy from them semi-regularly) with Trijicon night sights already installed and 4 magazines, two back straps, the old sights, open chamber indicator and case.
Think I did pretty well.
thanks!!
