Good job. I bought one of those lead heaters a year ago and have not yet tried casting bullets.
Got lots of ingots now though :)

I think all of mine is wheel weights.
So can I use tin from lead-free plumbers solder, or is there a correct source?

I have most of the stuff to take start loading..I just need time and a few pointers. I bought the lead, molds, and handles a year ago along with the Lyman instruction manual.

I'm pretty close, may take you up on that next time you have the rig out.

I'll pick up some 45 molds next trip to Cabelas.
