TruGlo TFO's on sale at Botach: $59.95

Post by OldCannon »

ok, if you're looking for some nice night sights, you can't really go wrong with TruGlo TFOs, which combine fiber optics with tritium glow for nice sights in both day and night.

RIght now, Botach.com is selling them for $59.95 each. That's a bargain!

This is such a great find. I need some for my P226. I just wish I had the money right now. It's this or a holster for my S&W1911. Sigh.. why must you make me choose?!?! WHY?

This gun hobby is definitely going to break my bank. Sigh..

Seems to me like you'd have money for these kind of things if you bought Glocks instead of SIGs "rlol"

I will never own a Glock. Never.

As I've stated before, they're great pistols, but I just simply dislike the design and some of their fanboys. (not meaning you, but some friends.)

BTW, if anybody lives in the Austin area and gets these for their Glocks, I have a sight pusher and front sight tool. You're welcome to come over and install them using my tools. I'll even tell you what to do, but I'm not a certified Glock armorer yet, so I won't do it for ya

Thanks for posting this, LKD. I quickly ordered two sets for our his-n-her M&P9Cs.

I placed an order with Botach in early August. I heard nothing on my order for over two weeks then emailed them for a status. Several more days went by then heard from them saying that some of my stuff was backordered and was expected in within two weeks. A month went by with no word. I waited another few days then canceled the credit card number for Botach. Lesson learned.

Also, there's a thread on another forum (http://mp-pistol.com/boards/index.php?s ... 238&hl=TFO) where an individual has the TFO sights for a M&P. He's had the sights back to Tru-glo something like five times as the fiber won't stay put. Fortunately, he lives near the Tru-glo factory in Richardson. At least, Tru-glo has been trying to help him but so far he doesn't have a fix from what I remember.

(Edited due to finding the email indicating my order was early August vs. late August as originally noted.)

Sure, but i placed my order on this Wed morning for 2 TFOs and they got here today. Botach wouldnt be as big as they are without having a good reputation. Im not saying they're perfect, Im just saying that your experience seems like the exception, rather than the rule.

Glad you got your stuff with no issues. Kinda' funny that you mention that they are 'as big as they are' when others indicate that the reason that they are slow to respond is because they are a small shop. Anyway, others on the previously mentioned M&P forum have had as poor of an experience as I had. And their rating online rating isn't real good http://www.resellerratings.com/store/Botach_Tactical. Also, they've had 250 complaints to the BBB in the last 36 months though it seems that they do right by the customer after the complaint.http://www.la.bbb.org/Business-Report/B ... y-13117095. You may have been one of the lucky ones. Congrats.

I've used Botach several times before with good results, otherwise I wouldn't have posted the sale ;-)
