how can i find the registration of my handgun?will the....

maker of the gun have it on file?

Besides the serial number on my Ruger 380 LCP, is there a way i can find if my gun is registered to me? and how am able to attain the information from Ruger?

i purchased the handgun cash at a gunshow in san antonio. i still reside in Texas.

There is no handgun registration in Texas. You're good to go.

There is no registration in Texas. If you purchased it new there should be a card to send to Ruger for warranty purposes. If you purchased from a dealer The 4473 form is kept by the dealer and the information is not passed along to any entity. Ruger could only supply information relaying who the weapon (dealer) was originally shipped to. That information would most likely not be given to you but I couldn't say for sure that's the case.
