Sig 239 Daily Carry small.jpg

Here is my favorite daily carry firearm, my Sig P239 in 9mm with Green aluminum grips. I use Remington Golden Saber rounds and carry in a Crossbreed Supertuck. This is a phenomenally accurate firearm and I never get tired of using it at the range.

How thick are those grips compared to the standard plastic Sig ones?

They are essentially the same as the plastic grips. For this gun, I have the following in order from thickest to thinest: Wood, Rubber, Aluminum/Plastic (essentially the same). The aluminum feel great.

Nice. The wood and rubber grips I've tried out are way too fat. What brand are those?

99% of the time I carry a Beretta PX-4 9mm in a cheap Mike's IWB (Ordering a Crossbreed soon) with Corbon 115gr +P JHP.
Image
In more social situations I might carry this little Bersa Thunder .380 with Speer Gold Dots 90gr. (Would like to find some Hydra Shoks eventually, but the Speers feed/fire perfectly fine for now.)

The Gold Dots are vastly superior to Hydrashocks. I would stick with what you have.

Yeah I go back and forth about what brand to carry in the .380. I can usually find the Speers, they have good general reviews online and they feed and fire perfectly out of the gun. So it's working as it is
