New Years resolutions. Any yet?

#1

Post by C-dub »

My New Years resolution will be to try and learn to shoot my handgun with both eyes open. I've been working on this with my rifle, now that I have an RDS. I've been experimenting drawing and aiming without firing just to see if I can acquire the front sight correctly and am getting better. I will probably get out to the range this weekend and try it out a little.

What do ya'll got? Any new techniques you want to try or equipment you'd like to get?

Make a perfect run of 25 on the skeet field. I've been close, 24, 23, 22, but I haven't gotten 25 yet.

That's a good one. The closest I've been so far is 21 or 22. I might have hit 22 once, but am not sure. I have had a few 21's.

Hadn't thought about it much. With a 2nd one going to college I think I might like to downsize our house and move to the country.

Hunting wise I want to get my son out and get some hogs. It will be our first.

Maybe get a CHL sash/badge combo :tiphat:

Lose 30lbs. Prolly only 20 will be lost. Need to get down to 200 again. Tired of wearing 38 jeans and now XL shirts :/. Also go back to school. Sell off one of my guns to go back to school. Considering .. Yes.. Just merely considering marrying my Indian girlfriend. Prolly not going to happen because I'm not a Dr. But more than likely because I'm not Indian. Worth a shot though. Buy a 3" 1911. That's all I can think of for now. :) cheers.
