Question for about "Not on DOJ Approved List."

I came across a statement on the web site of CZ custom shop and it says "Not on DOJ Approved List."
The gun is a CZ 75 SP01 Shadow listed here http://czcustom.com/cz75shadowcustomblk.aspx.
Is this a statement I need to be aware of in Texas?

I see that statement all the time on gun auction sites:

"Not for sale to CA Not on DOJ Approved List"

It simply means that it can't be sold in California because it's not on their DOJ Approved list. California being as restrictive as it is, prohibits a LOT of guns, that we here in Texas don't give second thoughts to buying. I would imagine it has to do with their 'high capacity magizine' restrictions. Something like 'no guns can be sold with a magazine capacity of no more than 7 rounds, or some rediculous law like that.

Thanks to all. I wasn't sure if there is an issue in Texas because the gun actually does not have a firing pin disconnect. It is just like the pre B CZ models and leaving the firing pin disconnector out of the picture to improve the trigger pull.
Could the missing firing pin disconnect be a legal issue in a worst case scenario in Texas? I certainly never will to go to CA or go there and carry

highly unlikely if it came from the factory that way.

Ut came from the CZ Custom Shop that way. I would be actually disappointed if there is a legal issue because that gun with that trigger is the best I held in my hand period. There is no noticeable recoil either, it feels like a .22.

I did some extended research but could not find any related topic or information. The weird thing, there is nothing mentioned about other states, only CA.
