Designed new mag guide for a 1911

#1

Post by Countryside »

After much research, trial and error, I have finalized my new design for a 1911 mag guide. What do you think?

You also forgot to include directions on which end goes in first, and which way the cartridges should point. This last item is a point of confusion that trips up many new shooters.

That's priceless.

That's what happens when you hire an outside advertising firm full of anti gun liberals.

However, the HK employee who approved that ad should be relegated to sweeping up spent brass on their range.

It was only a matter of time until someone perfected a magazine guide.......and yet, given some of the shortcomings already pointed out today, it appears that the OP rushed to market before having actually perfected his product. All the same, a good effort, and it does look useful.

How much are they, and what stores will be carrying them?

Glock owners don't need to worry about it. Glocks are so reliable that you could stick the magazine in sideways or backwards and the gun will still fire. They are not finicky like 1911s when it comes to magazines.
