So I've been working myself up to getting a plate carrier. I've done some shopping around and found a few I like for the price. Just wondering if anyone on the forum has one, and opinions of what you liked/didn't like, etc about different styles/brands.

There's a couple of examples of the style I like/want.
I found a couple of threads previously about carriers but they were more about accessories for the carrier and less about the carrier itself from what I saw and would have been some serious thread necro (2-3+ years from what I could tell).

I have the TAG Banshee, and I love it. Minimal, simple, and much easier to wear and move in than my issue IOTV. You trade mobility for protection and weight savings, but it is totally worth it. Combined with a good first line belt and it makes a great setup.
