Rust removal help

#1

Post by cmgee67 »

I noticed some rust on the bottom of my metal rear sight where it touches the slide and I can't find anything thin enough to get down and rub it off with it being such a tight space. Pistol is Glock 19 and it's due to body sweat from carry. Note: it's not the slide that has the rust it's the sight

Try wrapping a bit of steel wool around a thin splint of wood.
Lubricate with oil and rub out the rust.
