Selling handgun?

Hi,
My fiancée wants to sell her handgun. Is she able to sell it to some one who is 20 years old? She wants to do a bill of sale and just wanted to make sure it’s not against the law to Do so

Personally, I wouldn't sell a handgun to anyone under 21 or who is not a bonafide resident of Texas.

Yes, it is legal for her to sell it to a person who is under the age of 21. FFL are prohibited from selling a handgun to someone under 21, but not individuals.

If it makes you or her more comfortable, ATF says yes if they're not a felon, etc.
