It's a looker for sure. If only CZ didn't give the barrel a short chamber because 1911s in 9mm have generous throats that allow for longer loads. One reason double-stack 1911s are used so often for USPSA 9mm Major. ;-)

Reamers are a thing for those who want/need a longer chamber; I'd wager over 99% of buyers won't touch it.
Considering what the price point is likely to be, I certainly wouldn't want to do a single mod. This is not a new situation regarding CZ 75s and reamers have been tried with mixed results. With as much 1911 influence as this pistol shows, maybe it's throated like 9mm 1911s.;-)

I used the link provided to read this: "It started as an experiment — a grand melding of Dan Wesson and CZ pistols. Borrowing the crisp single action fire control group of a DW 1911 and combining it with the ergonomics and capacity of a CZ, the resulting pistol emerged as something great."

That makes me a bit more optimistic, depending on the competition it was originally intended for. Being a custom with an obvious match grade barrel, maybe it is throated like 1911s for Major 9. Other than that, it's really a beautiful pistol and maybe the CZ Custom Shop could answer questions regarding chamber/throat length. ;-)

Hmmm; interesting indeed. Seems more 1911 than cz. When I think CZ the first things that come to my kind are internal rails and good hinged triggers. Intriguing none the less.
