Three guards had a man in custody and never frisked him? Somehow I'm thinking Mr. Darwin played a role in this debacle.

Of course this is Russia, but I worked for 2 years in PA as a Store Loss Prevention. We were not allowed to frisk anyone nor were we allowed to carry handcuffs or even pepper spray.
I don't think I'd go back to doing that job nowadays. If those uniformed security officers had on ballistic vests maybe they could have gotten the upper hand.
Messed up for sure.

Terrible all around. A couple sure did try to fight though, gotta give them that.
