Obviously a bad arrest. It couldn't have been him because felons don't have guns. It's in the rules. :rules:

A felon with a gun?
:nono:

As we keep saying, just enforce the laws we have and a lot of this will go away!

:iagree: when I was 11 years old I would ride the city bus from the outskirts of Metairie into New Orleans and back everyday for school - couldn't afford both private tuition and the fee for the school bus.
It was scary back then. Couldn't imagine doing that myself now, much less sending one of my kids.

Hey, Bloomy! Are you looking at this? Here is a great example of what you claim that you are against!

It would be interesting to see how this case turns out and if the BG has any punishment as a result. It seems to be the consensus that gun charges become an add on to sentences rather than an originating reason for them. This case is obviously different. I would be willing to be that there will be a plea deal and that this guy doesn't see any serious jail time. So much for the deterrent effect. :banghead:

I don't see how this could happen a felon on parole. How could he possibly obtain a gun with all the "PROTECTION"
the gun grabbers have given us. Something is wrong maybe the old saying. WHEN GUNS ARE UTLAWED OUTLAWS WILL HAVE GUNS.
could this possibly be right??????????
