Apparently the front passenger shot the driver as they pulled up to a gas station.

I wish they would teach the gun rules in school.

Whaaat? A 17 year old with a gun in a car? How is this possible?

I did like some of the comments remarking about the ridiculousness of the media stating that the gun just went off.
I am not and have never been a LEO. My avatar is in honor of my friend, Dallas Police Sargent Michael Smith, who was murdered along with four other officers in Dallas on 7.7.2016.

Because we all know that "handling" a loaded gun is something done in a car with the muzzle pointed at someone else. I highly doubt they even had a holster of any kind to carry it safely....
