Viewed close up she has dried blood on her head, face, & shirt. I'm thinking it's a Halloween party or some other staged event. Cute, but stupid, photo.

I suspect the theme is The Walking Dead. Zombie and Rick Grimes.

Yep, they are actors dressed in costume just off the set. I suspected most would be so focused on the gun, finger and cute girl they wouldn't notice the other stuff.
