4 dead and multiple injured. Murder/suicide by a disgruntled employee.

I thought California's gun laws were supposed to stop this kind of thing......

Not to mention UPS policy, nationwide prohibiting any guns in any of their facilities. If only criminals would start obeying signs, and following the laws.

Obviously the laws are not stringent enough. All residents of California must turn in all firearms, ammunition, magazines and accessories. Please ship them to the California Firearms Disposal site in Texas. Address to follow.

UPS should rethink their no guns policy. This is exactly the kind of thing that can happen with that kind of policy. Defenseless employees! :banghead: :banghead: :banghead: :banghead: :banghead:

California does not have a gun problem
Americans living on our west coast have a California problem.
I saw a headline about "assault pistols" what's that all about?

Chaplin said there was no immediate confirmation that the gunman was a UPS employee. He said police recovered two guns, including an assault pistol the killer used to take his own life.
Emphasis mine.

Well the police were prepared against an "assault pistol" because they were standing in the parking lot with " drawn" rifles.
