Is the brass from the same pick up? Do you think it came from the same shooter? I wonder if he sealed the primer with clear nail polish?

Can you set your depriming pin another 1/16" lower? Maybe it's not clearing the primer pocket.

I'm with Richard here. I would suggest adjusting your pin out to see if that fixes your problem.
