The bill was filed by State Representative Debbie Riddle , District 50 in Houston.

Were you thinking about former DPS Firearms Instructor Star Riddle?

You can go here http://www.legis.state.tx.us/MyTLO/Logi ... Bills.aspx and sign up for email notification of changes to as many as 40 bills. I have signed up for updates on HB 103
