Click the flag in the top left to go to the home page, then in the top right just under the header is a link that says 'Mark Forums Read'

Hit board index then look all the way to the right under the last time visited. You should see a mark all as read button.

There it is... I've been spending to much time in "view active" and not in each sub group.
