Samsung charging port replacement, where can I go?

The title abou explains it. My work/personal laptop is a samsung np-qx411L, and the charging port is damaged and no longer taking a charge. The charging port on this computer is "through hole" saudered to the motherboard. I have no intention of going to geek squad and having them tell me my computer needs a whole new mother board, as I have no patience for salesman. Does anybody know where I can go for this kind of repair here in san antonio? It's a $10 part and less then a 1 hour job for an expert, I can see paying $50-80 for this repair.

Have you tried contacting Samsung customer support to find out who in San Antonio is an authorized service center?

where in SA do you live? there are a couple of computer repair places that I can recommend

If you find no other places, I know a young man who runs a business doing things like this. I believe he'd do it for about $80, but you would have to ship it to Addison.

I'd look to see if Mouser or Digi-Key or Allied has one.

I live out by 1604 & I10 on the East side of SA. I'd like to take it to a computer repair shop, but I guess I could contact samsung to see who they would recomend too.

uggg. I don't know anything over there, I'm sorry. I'm Northeast. There's a good place in Schertz and another on 1604 not quite to 281 that's really good but kinda slow.
