McCaskill admonished the rowdy crowd, saying "I don't understand this rudeness. I honestly don't get it."
This is what she said at a Town Hall meeting where Real Americans were trying to get their points across over the usual whitewash of the "Health Care Reform", or "Insurance Reform", or whatever they are calling it now.......
She said this and did not realize that this is exactly her and other Politician's problem,.........they just don't get it.
They cannot fathom what the problem is because they are so far elevated above it and do not listen to their constituents, only listening to their Party leaders.

She also asked rhetorically " Don't you trust me?"
Response was an emphatic and resounding NO!

Doesn't that come under the heading of "ask a stupid question"?

I always thought the answer to that question was "ask a stupid question, get a stupid answer".srothstein wrote:Doesn't that come under the heading of "ask a stupid question"?
Not trusting her is far form a stupid answer in my book.

Sorry, the part I was refering to as a stupid question was her asking if they trusted her. The answer should have been a "Duh! Of course not."
