Jim is right, as usual. A post office is a post office and you'll know it when you see it.

Elsewhere, it's a smaller building with a flag and local folk are selling stamps, etc. Local folk (contract employees) are loading the mail into their unmarked POV's for delivery.

Did I mention that, "concealed is concealed"?
