On Jan 22, Sen. Lautenberg of NJ filed S.34, a bill which according to its title would allow the Attorney General to deny transfers of firearms or arms and explosives licenses to known or suspected terrorists.

No text or summary is available yet, so I don't know what the bill says specifically.

They have an R on their Voter Registration.
No State shall convert a liberty into a privilege, license it, and charge a fee therefor. -- Murdock v. Pennsylvania
If the State converts a right into a privilege, the citizen can ignore the license and fee and engage in the right with impunity. -- Shuttleworth v. City of Birmingham

Would that be a voter who legally votes once or one that votes early and often?
