When everyone is listing their days that they are or have been waiting, does that include Saturday and Sunday? Or just business days?

I counted calendar days.

I use calendar days. If you want an easy way to get your "day count", go to daycalc.appspot.com/mm/dd/yyyy with the date you sent everything in in place of the mm/dd/yy. For example, mine is daycalc.appspot.com/03/08/2014.
Some people see it as a shooting range. I see it as a Second Amendment theme park.

I think every time you check your status they add an extra day.
