Online Status Dissapeared

Checked my status this morning and it has dissappeared. I called and a nice representative pulled my app and said my background check looked good and they were'nt requesting any more information. He told me to call back in two weeks if I don't have my license. I asked about the online status and was told they pulled them off because they were not being updated.


May 30 online app
May 31 chl class
June 4 fingerprints
June 6 certified mailed packet
June 17 online status shows application received and in progress
June 25 no change...impatiently waiting
June 30 checked online status and it has dissappeared
