Sounds like all the new people they hired are working the newer cases. I'm a week behind you, bothing. I can't imagine what it's like for the people waiting since Jan/Feb.

Unfortunately my case is extremely rare.. It sounds like you are still In the waiting stages.. Try calling back tomorrow or every other day until u get help.. Did you mail or submit electronically.. I originally mailed mine and called a week later to check and the lady told me that the mailed ones usually don't get into the system till about two months after they are received. I then submitted it electronically on 3/8 and the rest is history.. If u keep copies.. I would submit electronically.. Good luck

My wife and another friend submitted all their paperwork on 2/1. Neither have heard a thing. We'll start trying to call if we haven't heard anything by May. With a 2/28 date, you may have to wait until June.

March 3rd must be the magic date. I was all in 3/2. I just assume nothing will be here till May-ish, June.
