Question about CHL Form 100

#1

Post by Cope3081 »

All,
I have a question that I may be able to get answered here. So less than two years ago I applied for a TX LTC and submitted all the required documents including the form -100. I was denied. I have since taken care of the issue that caused the denial, I'm good now. All confirmed. So now my question.

The Form - 100 is valid for two years that is confirmed. I've reapplied and used the same form - 100. Does anyone think there could be an issue with that?

I for the life of me can't think of why it won't be a valid form.

Thank to all.

Hello, based on my limited knowledge of this and if my memory serves me correctly, you should be able to use the same 100 form again since it is valid for two years.
LTC training: 1/30/16; Application (online): 5/10; Fingerprints: 5/11; CHL100 submitted (online): 5/11; All docs received email from RSD: 5/12; Status change: 6/11; Plastic in hand: 6/13/16

Thanks for the reply. I have searched extensively and I have not found any statements or rules why it is not an acceptable form, as long as it's within the two years.

Thanks again.
