Renewal - Veteran

#1

Post by cyphur »

This is my second renewal, which is kind of a cool feeling having carried for a decade now. Process keeps getting easier.

Submitted renewal on 31 May, called in today to ensure they had my DD-214 on file and that my fingerprints were still good. Much to my surprise and elation, they said that it had already been submitted for issue. Not sure when it was, but I should have it in hand within 14 days.

As busy as those folks are, that turnaround time is commendable.

Looks like renewals are going pretty fast. Mine turned around in exactly one month. I submitted it online in mid-May and already have it.
